I had some genital warts removed (with acid) exactly one week ago. And they are still irritated and bothersome. the doctor told me it would take 2 weeks for the warts to fall off completely. my question is, when will the irritation stop?

The irritation will probably stop once they are completely gone. Do you have any cortizone cream at home? That will help with the irritation.
